Hannah is completing her Masters in Geography with a specialization in Data Science working under the supervision of Dr. Stephan Gruber at Carleton University.

She recently completed both a BSc in Computer Sciences, and a BASc in Climate and Environmental Sciences (Honours) concurrently at St. Francis Xavier University.

In the Summer of 2020, Hannah worked as a student researcher for NSERC PermafrostNet developing the software toolkit GlobSim, an application used to produce point-scale meteorological data from reanalysis products. Her research at Carleton will focus on developing better methods of validation for permafrost models and simulations.
